We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money at Neptun Beach! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by convenient stores. The staff treated us with warmth and friendliness, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Unfortunately, rooms at the back of the hotel are subject to noise from a fairground ride and a nightclub until the early hours. Most of the noise can be cut out by keeping the window closed but sitting out for a peaceful evening on the balcony is not possible.

We had the best holiday ever at this perfect hotel in the best location possible! The hotel is right on the beach, just a stone's throw away, and there are convenience stores all around. The food at this place is absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fantastic view overlooking the Black Sea, swimming pool, and esplanade. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, made conscious and thoughtful efforts to cater to every group, and the facilities were top-notch. From the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool and live entertainment, everything here was luxurious and enhanced our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Some Germans reserve their towels all day, making it a bit of a mission to get close to the pool. The pool itself is quite chilly and not very deep.

The behavior of the reception girl was very ugly, the behavior of all the stuff in the hotel was the same ugly, in the restaurant, they don't know english at all and the service is without service.The program of the meals is very tight, the atmosphere in the hotel is like a camp in the army. The conclusion from all is...who want to relax and have a nice holiday not to go there.

Spent a cozy Christmas at a hotel in Bulgaria and it couldn't have been better. The staff were amazing and very helpful; they couldn't do enough to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel location was top-notch; close to all local attractions and right by the beach. The spa facilities were excellent; I really enjoyed my massages and treatments, and the sauna and steam room were great too.

The food. Although they offered a wide variety of options, I found the quality to be lacking.

Location of the hotel is very good, the beach is a few meters away. Request a room with sea view, on upper flors, the view is splendid, you have old Nessebar town on the right and St. Vlas resort on the left. The rooms are big and clean. Food is ok. Free secured parking.

Most of the staff speaks german not english. More than 80% of guests are old german people, only on weekends you see youngers, and it feels a little bit like a nursing home. The meals are not muslim frendly, it is not written if the food contains pork or not, you have to ask the staff and rely on their knowledge.

As a business traveler, I had a wonderful time at my seaside hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the warm and inviting waters. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculate, and the service was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The hotel also had a big swimming pool, fitness gym and sauna, for relaxation, and the friendly staff provided towels and everything we needed. it was a great value and a comfortable, relaxing coastal getaway.

The limited number of lifts meant that sometimes there was a bit of a wait to get up to our room.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The variety of food offered during the all-inclusive package was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The quality of the all-inclusive drinks, which could be improved. While the local beer and wine were acceptable, the cocktails and stronger beverages did not meet our expectations.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, close to the center of the city. Big rooms, no problem to host a family with 2 kids in a double. Very friendly people at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Good and various meals in the restaurant.

Wireless internet connection very poor. The connection was reseted after 30 sec-1 min.

Great Rooms, Perfect Location, Friendly People

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bulgaria for a business trip and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were fantastic, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the beach. And best of all, the people were so friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference in my stay.

I did have a few concerns. The food was a bit repetitive, which got old after a few days.
